HOW DOES THE POWERBOX WORK?
-Chip works by modifying the electronic signals which control fuel pressure produced by the pump, in order to optimize engine performance.
Pressure accumulates faster within the rail and is more readily maintained, delivering more power and torque.
-It senses and responds to changes in engine load & speed throughout the range of acceleration.
Increased torque produced by the PowerBox enables the engine to operate more efficiently, so fuel consumption is also minimized.
-Operating within the safe operating parameters set by the manufacturer, it does not change or interfere with engine ECU functioning.
– When unit is unplugged, the vehicle will be reset to factory settings.
COMPATIBILITY:
It is equipped with plugs compatible with those on your vehicle. Following the instruction manual provided, even if you’re not mechanically inclined, you can still install the chip in just a few minutes.
POWER ADJUSTMENT:
There is an adjustment screw on one side of the box, which has been factory preset to provide moderate power improvement. However, If more power is required the unit can be manually adjusted by using a small screw driver (Anti-clockwise to increase, clockwise to decrease – refer to owner’s manual)
